This BnB is located at the north end of the main shopping street in Lucca Centro, Via Fillungo. The closest porta would be Porta Santa Maria, just to give you an idea of the location if you look at a map. The staff is friendly and helpful and you can enjoy a beautiful outdoor common area terrace.
But understand, you don’t have the place to yourself. It’s more like a hotel. I believe each room does have a bathroom but you should make sure if that’s important to you.
