Tuscany Treasures Tour Itinerary
DAY 1 – October 15th, 2025 (Wednesday) – ARRIVAL IN FLORENCE
Arrival transfer from the Florence airport to Figline Valdarno. Check and get settled. Inclusions: assistant for meet & greet at the airport – private transfer Airport/Villa Casagrande; overnight.
DAY 2 – October 16th, 2025 (Thursday) – SIENA AND SAN GIMIGNANO FULL DAY TOUR
This morning depart for Siena to enjoy a half-day guided tour of this unique city with its well-preserved medieval style. We will be immersed in the red of the Piazza del Campo – with alchemy geometry of the Piazza, suggestively neo-Gothic and cathartic – commanded by the Duomo and surrounded by narrow streets and alleys. Walk through sweet-smelling Trattoria listening to the sounds of the artisans and spouting fountains.
After lunch on own, we continue to San Gimignano, with its towered silhouette rising from the hills of the Upper Elsa Valley, facing the land of Volterra. Renowned for its wines, most of them awarded the D.O.C.G., the highest acknowledgement and guarantee for quality in Italian oenology. Visit and wine tasting at a local farm! Late return to the villa, free time for dinner and overnight. Inclusions: private bus at disposal as per itinerary – Siena guide (2 hours and half, no admissions) – wine tasting and light lunch at a farm; overnight.

DAY 3 – October 17th, 2025 (Friday) – FULL DAY CHIANTI TOUR WITH VISIT AND TASTING AT A CASTLE
After breakfast depart through the Chianti Hills with short stops in small villages like Radda and Greve in Chianti. Once in Greve, visit Castello di Verrazzano. There is a great tradition of winemaking here, you can learn about it with a guided tour of the historical, but still working cellars, followed by a walk around their Renaissance gardens of the Villa.
WINE AND FOOD EXPERIENCE: The whole experience lasts approx. 2h30’ and the tour is completed with a guided tasting of a selection of “Chianti Tradition” best wines from organic farming accompanied by a wide choice of gastronomic specialties prepared with raw ingredients from Tuscan excellences, served in the Hosteria of the winery. All the Wines you will taste will be by Tuscan ham, finocchiona (a typical salami flavoured with fennel seeds), wild boar salami, head cheese with lemon zest, crostino with lard from Greve Valley, Tuscan crostino, tasting of “Balsamico Verrazzano” on pecorino (sheep cheese), caprino (fresh goat cheese) with farm jellies and Cantuccini (almond cookies). Inclusions: private bus at disposal as per itinerary – Chianti guide (6 hours) – wine tasting with local products at a Chianti Castle; overnight.
DAY 4 – October 18th, 2025 (Saturday) – AREZZO PRIVATE TOUR
Today embark on a two-hour guided visit of the beautiful city that holds an abundance of history. Start in Piazza Duomo and admire the exterior of the Cathedral a temple dated back to 13th century. Then head to the Piazza Grande, famous for being the set of Roberto Benigni’s movie “Life is beautiful”. Here you will see the façade of the Romanesque Church of Santa Maria della Pieve, The Palace of the Lay Fraternity and the arches od the passageway known as Loggiato di Vasari, a place worth of a postcard! Inclusions: HD Arezzo bus disposal; HD (2H) Arezzo private guide; overnight.

DAY 5 – October 19th, 2025 (Sunday) – PISA & LUCCA PRIVATE TOUR
Breakfast at villa and departure to Pisa for a pleasant guided walking tour into the enchanting historical center, Piazza dei Miracoli with its famous Leaning Tower, Cathedral and Baptistery (all exterior visit).
Quick lunch break on your own. Depart then for the enchanting town of Lucca, and guided visit to famous for its historic center and medieval towers, which are enclosed by some of the best-preserved ramparts in Italy. Return to the Villa and overnight. Inclusions: full day bus as per itinerary; Pisa guide (2 hours, no admissions); Lucca guide (2 hours – no admissions); overnight.
DAY 6 – October 20th, 2025 (Monday) – DAY AT LEISURE
Inclusions: overnight.
DAY 7 – October 21st, 2025 (Tuesday) – COOKING CLASS
Today you will have the chance to partake the cooking class with Mamma Anna. During the 3-hour class, you will learn to prepare many traditional and seasonal Tuscan dishes. Lunch (or dinner) to follow bases on your efforts. Overnight at the Villa. Inclusions: cooking class with dinner and drink; overnight.

DAY 8 – October 22nd, 2025 (Wednesday) – DEPARTURE FROM FLORENCE
After breakfast, as much as we will be very sad to say “Arriverderci” – a return transfer to Florence Airport. Inclusions: transfer Villa Casagrande/Airport
